What we need
  • A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
Additional details

We need a picture filled and illustrative annual report for our organization. The report will be atleast 5 pages with few words and more graphic designs that match the color of our logo. We need the format to be in PDF and also webpage compatible

What we have in place
  • We currently have content for the report, and data,, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have images, logos, and visual branding guidelines, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to use the funds to run our programs and on-going projects.

The Annual Report is instrumental in showing our supporters what we have accomplished and impacted within the refugee camp in Kakuma, and also encourage potential volunteers to join our cause and grow in their projects.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual branding guidelines, finalized copy, and any additional content to be included in annual impact report
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of previous annual reports with Professional (if any)

Milestone 1: Brainstorming
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the story the Organization wants to tell and brainstorm how key data can be highlighted and visualized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Impact Report Design & Feedback
  • Professional creates a preliminary design and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback
  • Repeat feedback process (if necessary)

Milestone 3: Final Impact Report
  • Professional delivers final version of annual impact report in PDF format, with print-ready specifications

Resilience Action International (formerly SAVIC) is a nonprofit working to empower refugees through education, entrepreneurship development and access to sexual and reproductive health services.

What we do

We are a grassroot organization started and run by refugees! We are empowering the refugee youth to fulfill their potential and enable them to transform their lives by providing adult education, economic empowerment, and reproductive health services. Resilience Action (formerly SAVIC) was founded in the Kakuma Refugee Camp in 2010, and is registered as an NGO in Kenya.
