What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

The organization does not currently have a policy for the 6 US staff members (4 FT - 1 remote and 2 PT- both remote) I've drafted one based on past samples and my limited knowledge but need an HR expert to review, especially from a legal perspective.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a draft policy, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have employee review templates, financial policies, board docs, +, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to educate and support more girls in rural Kenya, and allowing them to avoid FGM (female genital mutilation) and child marriage.

Over the last two years, the organization has really grown and is trying to become more professional from an organizational perspective. This document is key to ensuring fair and consistent policies and protecting both our employees and the organization moving forward.
