What we'd like to talk about
I'd like advice on identifying a new platform to collect and organize data from our service recipients for better monitoring and evaluation.
Additional context
I have outlined my needs for a mobile and desktop app for different user types. I have a quotation for a local app developer to create this for us - but we don't have a budget for it. Are there free apps out there that we should be looking at? Or can a volunteer build the app for us pro bono? Thanks
