Our mission

In partnership with the government of Madagascar, we are transforming the district of Ifanadiana into an adaptable, scalable, district-level model health system for the rest of the country. Our model integrates clinical care, system readiness, and scientific innovation at all levels of the public health system - from remote community health sites, to primary care centers, to the one district hospital.
