What We Do

Teach For Uganda (TFU) is a local NGO that is championing a new education innovation in Uganda to leverage the power of brilliant recent university graduates to unleash the learning and life outcomes of underprivileged children in rural Uganda through a two-year leadership fellowship program. The graduates who become fellows teach mathematics, English and life skills in rural government-aided primary schools to provide a strong educational foundation to low-income children and put them on a path to expanded opportunities.
